Role: FLT Operator (Counterbalance) Location: Dudley Pay Rate: £12.21ph rising to £14.08ph (after 12 weeks) Hours: Weekly Rotating Shift (Mornings/ Afternoons) We’re looking for an FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our client based in Brierley Hill. This is a long-term position offering great stability, a supportive team, and excellent pay progression. Key Responsibilities: Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently Loading and unloading deliveries and raw materials Supplying materials to production lines Manual handling of plastic products and components General warehouse and housekeeping duties Working closely with production and warehouse teams to maintain smooth operationsSuitable candidates will have: Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited) Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Good teamwork and communication skills What we offer: Weekly pay Full training and support provided Rotating shifts offering variety and improved work/life balance.
