We are recruiting a Credit Controller / Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant to join a dynamic finance team based in Cradley Heath. The position will report directly to the Financial Controller. You will be joining a team of 3 and working as part of a dynamic finance team which has played a key role in the business' continued growth. We are looking for a proactive candidate with the ability to take ownership of their own workload within a fast-paced environment. The role is heavily focused on Credit Control but also includes other duties.
Duties include:
- Credit Control
- Opening customer accounts
- Sales Ledger management and reconciliations
- Cash/Credit Card Posting
- Purchase Ledger
- Payment runs
- Invoice processing
- Payroll (Weekly)
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with month end
25 days holiday, statutory Company pension contribution, Study Support Available. Salary £28k – £33k. Free On-site parking.
