We have an excellent opportunity for several yard operatives / Delivery Drivers to work with one of our clients based in Derby. Our client supports a wide range of industries such as Construction and Utilities and has depots across the UK with a true UK wide presence.
Shift Patterns / Times:
- Monday to Friday
- 7am start times but this can change if you are out on a delivery
The successful Yard Operative / Delivery Driver will:
- Have a valid UK Driving License
- Less than 6 points (No DD, DR, TT, IN codes)
- Experience in yard or warehouse work is advantageous
- Be comfortable working in an outside environment
Your duties will include:
- Ensure all vans are in the correct places in the yard
- Clean and maintain yard and van appearance
- When required, drive the relief vans to customer sites
- Any other duties as necessary to maintain the site's running
You will receive:
- £12.21 per hour
- £12.60 per hour after 12 weeks
