Warehouse Operator
Rotating shifts: MonβFri 06:00β14:00 and 13:45β22:00 (Fri 12:00β17:45)
Salary: Β£26,000
Job Summary:
Responsible for daily production and shipping to meet logistics requirements. Support all warehouse operations including finished goods handling, receiving and shipping, packaging, and related tasks as assigned.
Key Duties:
- Read and follow work instructions for all operations.
- Package products to meet customer specifications.
- Store, retrieve, count, label, and record parts and assemblies.
- Load and unload trucks; pack and unpack cartons.
- Set up and operate packaging machines.
- Transport materials within and between departments as required.
- Occasionally carry up to 50lbs without mechanical lifting devices.
- Operate a forklift on a limited basis.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with SAP or similar systems preferred.
- Experience with shipping software (UPS Worldship, FedEx, DHL, Pitney-Bowes) and international paperwork.
- Knowledge of shipping procedures (electronic and paper).
