Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods across domestic and international supply chains
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Manage bookings, shipments, and associated documentation in line with company and compliance standards
- Track deliveries and proactively resolve operational issues or delays
- Maintain accurate records using logistics and transport management systems
- Support continuous improvement across logistics and operational processes
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
- General Warehouse Duties
Skills & Experience
- IAE (International Aero Engines certification) & ODA (Organization Designation Authorization) essential
- Experience within inbound and outbound of Aircraft parts
- Previous experience within logistics, transport, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident communicator, able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable working with systems, data, and operational documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a pressurised environment
- Proactive, solution-focused approach
Mon-Fri 09:00 - 17:30 (every other Weekend on call, call out fee supplied)
