An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join a well-established consultancy. Based from our Derby office, the role involves covering projects within a 100-mile radius, with bi-monthly travel further afield when required.

You will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out asbestos surveys
  • Annual re-inspections of known ACMs
  • Delivering asbestos awareness briefings
  • Preparing and reviewing asbestos survey reports

The role will require regular site visits and occasional overnight stays.

Requirements:

  • P402 Certification (or equivalent) is essential
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a lead surveyor
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-organised
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptable to meet the changing needs of clients
  • Comfortable working across a variety of environments, including construction sites, offices, and care settings
  • Willingness to travel and spend nights away from home on a regular basis
