Pertemps have an excellent opportunity for a Transport Administrator to work for our clients central planning team based in Chilwell, Nottingham. Our client is able to provide the successful candidate with a positive office environment based in an off-site office location.
Shift Pattern and Start times:
- Monday to Friday 7:30am to 9am start based on a rota
- 37.5 hour week
The successful Transport Administrator will:
- Have strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in Transport or Warehousing is advantageous
- Confident to work with internal and external contacts
Your daily tasks will include:
- Ensuring all suppliers meet POD requirements and submit documentation accurately
- Track and verify POD's against delivery records
- Capture and log delivery exceptions and operational issues
- Support daily transport operations such as systems updates
You will receive: £12.71 per hour
