Key Responsibilities:
- Support and lead daily routines, activities, and learning opportunities in your room
- Plan and implement engaging activities to support children’s development
- Work closely with the management team to maintain high standards
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development
- Act as a key person to a group of children, building strong relationships with them and their families
- Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with the EYFS framework
- Ensure the environment is safe, stimulating, and inclusive at all times
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the nursery
- Take responsibility for observations, assessments, and planning
- Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
