We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking FLT Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse operation based in Sandbach. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
- Manually picking items and loading them onto stillages
- Wrapping and securing products ready for storage or dispatch
- Loading and moving stock within the warehouse
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working area at all times
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
- Working proactively — there is always something to do in this fast-paced environment
Skills & Experience Required:
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse or FLT experience preferred
- Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good timekeeping and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive, “can-do” attitude
