We are seeking a highly organised and proactive administrator to join our client's Service & Maintenance Team. This role involves working closely with the service team to process customer orders, manage CRM data, handle GRs, and generate basic non-technical quotations. The role is fast-paced and requires the ability to multitask, respond to urgent issues, and work to tight deadlines to ensure our customers remain happy.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately in the CRM system.
- Handle Goods Receipts (GRs) and generate basic, non-technical quotations.
- Support the Service & Maintenance team with general administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail under tight timelines.
- React flexibly to urgent issues or changes in workload.
- Assist with general office duties to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience working in a service team environment.
- Proficient with CRM systems and data entry.
- Strong keyboard skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexible and proactive approach to work.
- Full driving licence (essential).
Details:
- Salary: £26,000.
- Full-time, office-based role.
- 30 days holiday including statutory (rising to 33 days after 1 year).
- Annual company performance bonus (non-contractual).
- Auto-enrolment pension with a 5% employee contribution; employer contributions funded after 3 years’ service.
