Overview
Pertemps are currently recruiting for Class 2 / HGV 2 / C / LGV 2Drivers to work out of clients our distribution centre in Warrington.
For the successful Class 2 / HGV 2 / C / LGV 2 Driver, we have immediate assessments available with the view to ongoing work.
Responsibilities
- Working on a set 4 day shift per week (working on a 3 week rota)
- Deliveries of fast perishable goods to stores covering Central England
- You will be expected to roll the goods into the stores on dollies
Qualifications
- Experience of driving HGV vehicles (minimum 6 months)
- Hold a valid C entitlement, CPC card and Digi Card
- No more than 6 points on your license
Role Details
- This is a Monday to Sunday operation
- Start times vary between (Apply online only) and (Apply online only) and will involve weekends
- Average 1-8 drops per shift
- Average 12 hours per shift
- Rates of pay start at £16.22 per hour of which increases to £24.33 per hour after 48 hours – these are all PAYE rates
