Are you technically minded with a passion for engineering and customer support? We’re looking for a Sales Engineer to join our client’s specialist industry, where you\’ll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical solutions and customer satisfaction.
As a Customer Support Sales Engineer, you will:
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Support clients by sizing and selecting appropriate items.
Provide technical support and product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
Prepare accurate quotations and project documentation.
Liaise with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.
Maintain and develop strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
Assist the external sales team with technical input and project coordination.

Salary: Starting salary from £24,500 DOE
