We are thrilled to partner with our client in recruiting Dry-Cleaning Operatives to join their expanding team. This company processes over 400,000 lbs of dry cleaning annually and is dedicated to growing this area of their business through significant investment. As a Dry-Cleaning Operative, you will play a crucial role by inspecting, cleaning, and repairing interior laundry to the highest standards. Following specified wash programmes and inspection criteria, you will ensure exceptional results while maintaining accurate records. Full training is provided to set you up for success. " Operate multiple dry-cleaning machines using specified settings and spot cleaning equipment. " Inspect items for wear, identify those beyond repair or exceeding wash cycle limits, and maintain accurate documentation. " Package consignments and ensure thorough record-keeping throughout the process. " Maintain a clean and organised work area in line with company standards. " Assist stores personnel with unloading deliveries. " Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines and company procedures. " Perform other duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the department. Key Skills/Experience/Qualifications: Essential: " Effective communication skills in English (oral and written). " Basic IT, literacy, and numeracy skills. " Manual handling experience. " Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team. Desired: " Ability to read and interpret documents such as drawings, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
