Engineering Administrator (Temporary – Ongoing Contract) Location: Biggin Hill Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing Hours: 08:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday occasional Saturdays Key Responsibilities Coordinate engineering activities across multiple projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are effectively managed. Act as a central point of contact between engineers, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments. Maintain project documentation, schedules, technical records, and progress reports. Assist in planning, organising, and prioritising engineering tasks based on project requirements. Support engineering leads by monitoring workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing solutions. Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and technical procedures. Facilitate communication between operational teams to ensure alignment on project goals. Provide general administrative and coordination support to the engineering department. Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in an engineering coordination, project support, or technical administration role. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management tools. Ability to understand technical information and liaise confidently with engineers.
