Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Full-Time, Temp) Location: Burgess Hill Hours: Monday to Friday Responsibilities: β Perform routine data entry into company databases and systems β Organize and maintain digital and physical records β Assist in preparing simple health and safety documentation and forms β Provide general administrative support as needed β Liaise with internal teams to ensure paperwork and forms are completed accurately and on time Requirements: β Basic computer and typing skills β Strong attention to detail and organizational ability β Ability to follow simple procedures and complete repetitive tasks consistently β Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude β Previous administrative experience is a plus, but not required The ideal person will be available immediately
