Warehouse Operative

Our client is a well-established company renowned for its commitment to quality and excellence. They are currently seeking a motivated Warehouse Operative to join their dynamic team in Crawley. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with prior warehouse experience looking to contribute to a thriving work environment. **Immediate start available!** Key responsibilities: Pick, pack, and palletise goods accurately for dispatch. Assist with \’goods in\’ processes when needed to support the team. Clearly label pallets with delivery notes to ensure smooth shipping process. Load and unload shipments and deliveries, including those for overseas operations. Carry out stock check and assist other departments within the company with stock queries as directed by the Logistics Manager. What They\’re Looking For: Previous warehouse experience Physically fit and comfortable performing manual handling and lifting task Proficient in forklift operation (Desirable) Full UK Driving License (Desirable) What\’s on offer: Salary of £26,350 Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 6pm (1 hour lunch) 20 days holiday (Rising by 1 each year, up to 23 days) + Birthday off Free parking and good public transport links
