Our client, a renowned supplier based in Crawley is seeking a skilled and dependable Warehouse & Forklift Operative to join their team. About the Role: This is a hands-on position with a strong emphasis on forklift operation. You will be working with high-value products, so confidence, proven experience, and precision are essential. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload high-value goods Ensure care and attention is maintained at all times when handling products Wrap and prepare pallets for dispatch Assist with general warehouse duties including stock movement and organisation Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment What We\’re Looking For: Proven experience in forklift operation within a warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset Organised and self-motivated with the ability to work independently The Package: Salary: £27,300pa Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm (early finish at 3:30pm on Fridays) Onsite parking 10% discretionary annual bonus 5% contributory pension Cash health plan This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a stable, long-term role with a company that values its employees and offers genuine rewards for hard work
