We are working with a well-established and highly regarded Manufacturer who, due to continued growth, is looking to appoint a Senior Service Coordinator to join their Service team in Redhill. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, this role will act as the central administrative hub for all service operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, clear customer communication, and accurate service records.
Please note this is a fully office-based role, with occasional UK travel to support client meetings and technical demonstrations with the Service Manager.
The Role:The Senior Service Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring service activities run efficiently, acting as the CRM Champion (Joblogic) and supporting both customers and field-based technicians.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and coordinate service jobs using Joblogic, aligning technician skills, availability, and location with customer requirements.
- Monitor job progress, update records, and issue service reports and inspection certificates.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on purchase orders, and liaise with Finance for invoicing.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers and technicians, providing clear updates and supporting the Service Manager with planning.
- Coordinate training sessions, maintain training and service records, and manage documentation such as warranties and service intervals.
- Act as Joblogic system champion, maintaining data, templates, and portals while supporting process improvements.
- Support client meetings and technical demonstrations across the UK (occasional travel required).
- Strong administrative experience within a service, technical, or engineering environment.
- Experience coordinating workloads, schedules, or field-based teams.
- Confident communicator with strong customer-facing skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience writing & updating SOPs.
- Proficiency in service management systems or CRMs (Joblogic highly desirable).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Monday-Friday, 8:30am β 5pm. Salary between Β£35,000 - Β£37,500 DOE. 25 days holiday + bank holidays & free onsite parking.
