Key Responsibilities: Support the scheduling team in coordinating drivers for live and planned maintenance jobs, ensuring efficient routing and time management. Update job orders and maintain accurate records within the company's CRM system. Handle incoming calls with professionalism, directing them to the appropriate departments as necessary. Assist with general office duties, manage office inventory, and place orders to maintain essential supplies. Work with vendors to support facilities maintenance, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Candidate Profile: Previous experience in service coordination or a similar role is preferred. Adaptable, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in a busy, reactive setting. Bubbly, charismatic, and customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
