Are you highly organised & confident in managing multiple priorities? We\’re working in partnership with a growing fire protection company who are looking for an Operations Administrator to join their busy team in Horsham. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of contracts, repair works & routine services for equipment across a designated client portfolio. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day coordination of contracts, repairs & service works for systems Raise work orders & purchase orders for required materials & services Schedule engineers to attend jobs, matching the right skills to the task at hand Monitor job progress and provide regular status updates to clients Maintain accurate records relating to jobs, materials & service visits Act as key liaison between clients, engineers, & internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery What we\’re looking for: Strong administrative & coordination skills Excellent communication & organisational abilities Confident managing multiple jobs and deadlines simultaneously Previous experience in a similar scheduling or service coordination role is highly desirable A proactive and professional approach to customer service What\’s in it for you?
