Our client, a prestigious luxury equipment manufacturer based in Crawley, is seeking an experienced Production Planner to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth production of high-volume, high-variety luxury items.
The Role: Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing the production process from confirmed sales order to dispatch, ensuring efficiency across multi-stage production departments. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and managing production schedules to meet customer orders
- Expediting critical orders to meet deadlines
- Maintaining accurate MRP/ERP records
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels in line with production requirements
- Collaborating with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth operations across all production stages
The Person: Previous experience in production planning within a multi-stage manufacturing environment. Strong working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems. Excellent organisational and communication skills. A proactive, problem-solving approach with a focus on efficiency and quality.
The Package: Monday- Friday, 7.30am-4.30pm. Salary up to £38,000pa DOE.
