We are working with a well-established & highly regarded company based in Crawley, who are looking to recruit a Contracts Administrator to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a commercial, customer-focused environment & managing contracts end to end.
The Role
You will take responsibility for administering the company’s contract portfolio and sub-contracts, supporting both customers and internal stakeholders throughout the full contract lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Administering contracts from set-up through to renewal & completion
- Preparing & managing renewal quotations & following up with customers
- Accurate data entry & maintenance of contract information on internal systems
- Handling invoicing, payments & supporting financial processes related to contracts
- Managing & responding to customer queries relating to contracts & agreements
- Providing tender & procurement support, assisting the sales team where required
- Producing reports on contract performance for customers & internal teams
- Identifying & resolving contract-related issues, escalating where appropriate
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in an administration or contracts-based role
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with invoicing, order processing or billing is highly desirable
- Exposure to ERP systems (such as SAP, Dynamics, Sage) would be beneficial
- Healthcare or medical industry experience is ideal but not essential
The Package
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm
- £28,000 - £30,000pa DOE
- 10% annual bonus
- Hybrid working available – up to 2 days WFH
- 25 days, increasing incrementally to 30 days
