Construction Sales Executive

Our client, a well-established construction firm based in Crawley, is looking for a customer-focused and proactive Construction Sales Executive to join their busy, personable team. This is a technical sales role where you\’ll manage orders and proposals for B2B clients-from initial quotation to dispatch and delivery coordination. We\’re looking for a candidate with prior experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry, and someone confident in interpreting technical drawings. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential, along with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The Role: Handling inbound enquiries via phone and email Managing and developing customer accounts Creating quotations from construction drawings and documents Processing customer orders Liaising with internal departments to coordinate deliveries Maintaining and updating the CRM database Proactively maximising customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling of new and additional products The Person: Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Exceptional customer service and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workload Strong IT skills and familiarity with CRM systems Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities within existing accounts The Package: Salary up to £35,000 (DOE) + up to 10% annual bonus Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm (1-hour lunch break) 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays 7.5% employer pension contribution 4x life assurance Staff recognition schemes Onsite parking and retail discounts If this role sounds like a great match for your skills and experience, apply now or call (phone number removed) (option 1) to discuss further
