In this essential role, you'll be responsible for ensuring all contractor compliance is up to date and meets industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Completing reference & DBS checks for contractors Ensuring contractors hold the correct qualifications & certificates Coordinating training to keep certifications up to date Maintaining accurate records on the in-house CRM system (Matrix) Processing and allocating purchase orders (POs) for training Obtaining security & access passes to allow contractors to carry out work Essential Experience: Previous compliance or training administration experience Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, repetitive role Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and growing company where your skills will make a real impact.
