We’re working with a well-established and supportive business that’s on the lookout for a motivated Accounts Assistant to join their finance team in Chessington. What you’ll be doing:

  • Code and input Sales and Purchase Ledger invoices
  • Process Engineers timesheets
  • Produce Sales Invoices both on Job Logic and Excel
  • Upload Sales Invoices to various portals
  • Reconcile Creditor Statements and Prepare Monthly Creditor Payments
  • Keep various accounting records up to date i.e. vehicle allocation
  • Assist in preparation of Annual Audit Schedules
  • General assistance with tasks to facilitate the smooth operation of the department
