Please note: This is a fully on-site role based in Crawley. Candidates must live within commuting distance and hold a full UK driving licence.
The Role: You’ll support customers across the UK and internationally, providing technical demonstrations, installations, servicing and training on high-performance analytical instrumentation (OES / LIBS). The role combines engineering know-how with relationship-building and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical demonstrations, installations and customer training
- Provide on-site and remote technical support and servicing
- Support customers and distributors across the UK and internationally
- Assist with product trials, commissioning and customer acceptance
- Act as a technical point of contact between customers and the wider business
Person Specification:
- Engineering, Physics or Science-based qualification
- Hands-on experience with testing instrumentation (ideally OES or LIBS)
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset
- Enjoys travel and working directly with customers
- Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
The Package:
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
- £32,000 – £35,000pa salary (DOE)
- Bonus scheme
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
