We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team in the Kent area. In this role, you will report directly to the Service Manager and Lead Service Engineer, while working collaboratively with all departments across the organisation.
Salary: £35,000 pa
Hours: 40hrs per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute service visits in line with manufacturer recommendations.
- Install, position, and commission equipment at customer sites.

- Uphold quality standards consistently and assist with additional reasonable tasks as needed.
- Conduct surveys of new and existing sites.
- Deliver technical support to colleagues and customers when required.
- Organise and carry out visits to current and potential customers.

- Report outcomes and necessary follow-up actions after visits.
