Pertemps are currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance & Reach Forklift Drivers to join a busy and well-established operation based in Tachbrook Park, Leamington Spa.
The Role
As a Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations and maintaining best practice within a fast‑paced environment. Duties will include:
- Operating Counterbalance and Reach trucks safely and efficiently
- Carrying out daily FLT safety and equipment checks
- Following instructions from Warehouse Team Leaders and Supervisors
- Supporting general warehouse operations as required
- Working in line with all health & safety procedures
Shift Pattern (Rotating)
Monday - Thursday: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00
Friday: 06:00-13:00 / 13:00-20:00
Pay & Overtime
Standard rate: £12.91 per hour (39 hours per week)
Overtime x1.5: £19.36 per hour
Overtime x2.0: £25.82 per hour
