About the Job: Pertemps have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in Coventry. Our Coventry office is a significantly high-performing team and are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to spearhead the development of the Industrial team desk The opportunity would be perfect for someone who is ambitious, driven and looking to develop/start their recruitment career. We are open to applications from candidates with varying experience levels, the successful candidate will have previous experience in customer service , retail or sales if no exposure to recruitment. The Job: you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on both and client acquisition, building relationships with organisationsin the industrial and manufacturing sectors. You will understand unique hiringrequirements and supply exceptionally talented candidates that meet client specifications. Daily responsibilities will include: Searching job boards for candidates who meet client requirements Arranging and attending client meetings to discuss their staffing solutions Posting job adverts o attract and engage with candidates actively looking for work Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of vacancies Understanding candidate career aspirations and building meaningful relationships carrying out competency-based interviews Bringing on new clients, nuturing nd maintaining existing relationships Requirements: Due to nature of the role a full drivers licence is required Comfortable speaking with candidates/clients both face to face and over the phone Excellent organisational d time management skills ability to work toward KPI's nd financial targets Self motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team a positivementality d can do attitude Working for Pertemps Coventry: Location – City Centre Coventry Base Salary upwards of £27K upwards Uncapped commission scheme 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing by one each year Hours – Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm Friendly work environment 16 weeks comprehensive training Career progression If this sounds like a role that would excite you, apply now! or contact Matt ardley on (phone number removed)
