Job Title: Logic Technician Location: Wellesbourne, Warwickshire Salary: £28,000 – £29,000 Job Summary: Pertemps is seeking a skilled Logic Technician to join a dynamic technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing PC faults, performing component-level repairs on PCBs and circuit boards, interpreting schematics, and providing exceptional customer service to international clients. Key Responsibilities: – Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in PCs. – Perform component-level repairs on printed circuit boards (PCBs) and other circuit boards. – Read and interpret electronic schematics and diagrams. – Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance via phone, email, and remote access. – Maintain detailed records of repairs and customer interactions. – Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. – Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Qualifications: – Proven experience in PC repair and PCB/circuit board component-level troubleshooting. – Strong understanding of electronic schematics and diagrams. – Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. – Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. – Ability to provide high-quality customer service to international clients.
