A leading UK manufacturer in the home-building sector is looking for an experienced and driven Health and Safety Manager to oversee health and safety practices across multiple advanced production sites. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures.
- Carry out comprehensive risk assessments across all manufacturing and production areas.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, producing detailed reports with corrective actions.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and workplace assessments to ensure compliance.
- Advise managers and team leaders on best practices and legal requirements.
- Deliver health and safety training and toolbox talks to employees.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for reporting and external audits.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent qualification) is essential.
