Due to continued business growth, our client is seeking an experienced Forklift Engineer to join their expanding team. This is a permanent, full-time role, based in Southam, with the majority of work carried out on the road servicing and maintaining customer equipment.

Location: Southam (field-based / mobile role)

Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Important: This role is strictly for a Forklift Engineer. Forklift Drivers will not be considered.

The Role:

  • Service, maintain, and repair forklift trucks
  • Work on electric, gas, and diesel forklifts
  • Carry out diagnostics, fault-finding, and breakdown repairs
  • Attend customer sites and provide a professional, reliable service
  • Complete service documentation accurately

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Forklift Engineer or from a similar background (e.g. HGV, plant, or agricultural engineering)
  • Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Self‑motivated, reliable, and customer‑focused
