Due to continued business growth, our client is seeking an experienced Forklift Engineer to join their expanding team. This is a permanent, full-time role, based in Southam, with the majority of work carried out on the road servicing and maintaining customer equipment.
Location: Southam (field-based / mobile role)
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Important: This role is strictly for a Forklift Engineer. Forklift Drivers will not be considered.
The Role:
- Service, maintain, and repair forklift trucks
- Work on electric, gas, and diesel forklifts
- Carry out diagnostics, fault-finding, and breakdown repairs
- Attend customer sites and provide a professional, reliable service
- Complete service documentation accurately
About You:
- Proven experience as a Forklift Engineer or from a similar background (e.g. HGV, plant, or agricultural engineering)
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and customer‑focused
