We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Assistant to support the maintenance and smooth operation of our clients' four offices in Warwick. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the offices remain safe, functional, and well-maintained while providing excellent service to employees and visitors.

- Location: Coventry
- Hourly Rate: Up to £12.21 per hour
- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 16:30, Friday 08:30 to 13:30
- Sites Managed: Up to 5 locations
- Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Maintenance & Repairs: Carry out minor repairs and coordinate with contractors for larger maintenance tasks.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure offices comply with health and safety regulations, conducting routine checks and addressing any risks.
- Security & Access Control: Manage office security, including alarm systems and access cards for staff.
- Supplier & Contractor Coordination: Liaise with external service providers such as cleaning, catering, and maintenance vendors.
- Office Equipment & Supplies: Monitor and restock office supplies and ensure office equipment is in good working order.
- Space Management & Office Moves: Assist with office layout planning, desk setups, and internal moves as required.
- General Facilities Support: Assist with incoming deliveries, mail distribution, and other ad-hoc facility-related tasks.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a facilities or maintenance role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Basic IT proficiency.
- A valid UK driving license as travel between offices may be required.
