We're a small but passionate team based in Coventry, and we're looking for an Exhibition Coordinator to be the go-to support for our valued clients. Based in Coventry usual office hours are 9am till 5pm but you must be flexible during peak season. Salary for this role will be dependent on experience and is up to £30,000.
About the Role:
As our new Exhibition Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of managing customer accounts—acting as the key point of contact to ensure every detail of their exhibition experience is taken care of. You’ll guide them through the preparation process, from start to finish, building lasting relationships along the way.
You’ll also attend exhibitions throughout the UK and Europe, ensuring everything runs smoothly and representing our company with confidence and professionalism.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate logistics and planning for exhibitions
- Provide quotes to clients
- Send and chase client invoices
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process
- Attend and support exhibitions on-site (UK & Europe travel required)
- Work closely with our team to deliver seamless event experiences
