As we expand our pharmacy operations, we are investing in smarter ways to use our dataβand we are looking for a Data and Reporting Specialist to help drive this transformation. This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to shape how data is used across our pharmacy operations.
You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports that give our teams visibility into productivity, performance, and stock management. Working closely with operations, finance, and IT, you will turn raw data into actionable insights that improve efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Google Analytics
- Design reporting solutions that track key operational metrics across pharmacy operations
- Interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear, visual format for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Integrate data from ERP systems, particularly Sage X3, to ensure real-time and accurate reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and build tailored solutions
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements through data
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with internal standards
- Essential: Proven experience in a data analytics or reporting role
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Google Analytics
