    • Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly
    • Put stock away efficiently and safely in designated locations
  • Picking, Dispatch & Goods Out
    • Accurately pick items against sales orders, works orders, and service requests
    • Follow established picking and dispatch procedures
    • Package goods securely and prepare them for courier collection
    • Coordinate with couriers to ensure timely despatch
    • Flag and report any picking discrepancies or shortages
  • Health, Safety & Housekeeping
    • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe stores environment
    • Work safely and responsibly at all times, following health, safety, and environmental standards

    Who You’ll Work With

    • Internal teams across production, operations, and finance
    • External suppliers for purchasing and deliveries
    • Courier partners supporting goods despatch

    What We’re Looking For

    • Skills & Experience

    • Understanding of purchasing and purchase order processes
    • Hands-on experience with goods inwards and dispatch
    • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines
    • Confident communicator with both internal teams and external suppliers
  • Personal Attributes
    • Reliable, well-organised, and methodical
    • Proactive, with a practical problem-solving mindset
    • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
    • Committed to health, safety, and quality standards
