Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established warehouse site based in Coventry (CV4 area).
The Role: You will be responsible for operating a Counterbalance forklift to support daily warehouse and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating Counterbalance FLT trucks safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving stock within the warehouse and yard
- Carrying out daily FLT safety checks
- Supporting goods inwards and despatch
- General warehouse duties as required
- Adhering to all health & safety procedures
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB / ITSSAR / AITT)
- Previous FLT and warehouse experience
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
