Quality Inspection Operatives – Immediate Starts (CV7 / Exhall)

Location: Exhall, Coventry (CV7)

We are recruiting Basic Quality Inspectors to join a busy automotive site in the Exhall area. Great opportunity for long-term, consistent work.

Pay Rates and Shifts (Fixed – NOT rotational)

• Days (6am-2pm): £12.21/h
• Afternoons (2pm-10pm): £12.21/h
• Nights (10pm-6am): £13.50/h
• Saturdays (6am-12pm): £14.00/h

Role Overview

• Basic visual inspection of car parts
• Checking for scratches, marks, defects, and inconsistencies
• Light handling, sorting, and logging components
• Following simple quality instructions
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

• Reliability and strong work ethic
• Ability to work at a steady pace
• No previous experience required – full training provided
