We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our client's busy operation in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual who holds valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance licences (in-house or external licences accepted).
The Role
This is a hands-on, varied position with duties split approximately:
- 70% warehouse-based duties
- 30% Reach/Counterbalance Truck operation
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
- General warehouse duties including picking, packing and stock control
- Reading and accurately working from pick sheets
- Loading and unloading goods
- Manual handling and heavy lifting
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
Requirements
- Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance licences (in-house or external accepted)
- Proven experience operating a Reach Truck
- Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
- Ability to read and understand pick sheets accurately
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
