Pay: £13.50p/h
Hours: 25 hours a week (flexible)
The Role:
- Painting accommodation/ reception rooms
- Fixing and assembling any new furniture
- Ensure the accommodation is well maintained, clean, tidy and hazard free.
- Addressing maintenance requests and issues promptly.
- Ensuring the building and grounds are in good repair and safe for occupants.
