This role plays a part in supporting People Management activities within the Directorate. You will coach managers, team leaders, and staff in the use of People Management Policies, work collaboratively with the People Management Team, and contribute to a customer experience within the HR function. Key Responsibilities: Provide advice and guidance on all people policies and practices to managers and staff, empowering them to become self-sufficient. Build and develop trusted relationships within the business. Identify trends within People Management and address issues, escalating when necessary.
