Pertemps are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 (Category C) drivers for a client based in Ebbw Vale on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering furniture to various locations across Wales and England, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and in excellent condition.
As Class 2 driver you will be responsible for:
- Safely operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle
- Load and unload furniture with care
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues
- Provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies
The ideal candidate for Class 2 driver will require the following:
- Digital Tachograph
- Cat C/LGV2/HGV2 Licence
- DQC card (CPC)
- No more than 6 Points
Pay rates for Class 2: £16.12 per hour
Shifts: Any 5 from 7 days, 6am starts
