Our client, a leading law firm in Swansea with a strong local and national presence, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team. This role involves working on a wide variety of commercial property matters, including SIPP/SSAS transactions, Landlord & Tenant, sales & purchases, development, and secured lending.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on commercial property matters, including SIPP/SSAS, Landlord & Tenant, sales & purchases, development, and secured lending.
  • Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, leases, and related documents.
  • Advise clients on zoning and compliance issues.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value transactions.
  • Work closely with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Law degree with qualifications to practice as a solicitor or lawyer in the UK.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial property law.
  • Strong understanding of property law, contracts, leasing, zoning, and SIPP/SSAS.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
