Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30 pm

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established property company based in Cardiff, working within a professional and supportive team of 7. The role is based within the Commercial Property Management department, which oversees a varied portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties, alongside residential apartment blocks across South and West Wales.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the property management team and assist in the efficient day-to-day running of the department.

Main Duties

  • Typing correspondence and documentation, including audio typing and use of templates
  • Diary and call management for the property management team
  • Acting as a key point of contact for tenants and clients
  • Instructing contractors to carry out works and monitoring progress
  • Dealing with queries from tenants, clients and third parties
  • Coordinating pre-sale information for residential properties
  • Ensuring accurate digital filing of documents and correspondence
  • Requesting and collating information from tenants and other parties
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Producing small mail merges for the team when required

Skills required

  • Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional telephone manner with good customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to learn new systems and applications (training provided)
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team with a flexible, can-do attitude
