We are currently recruiting for a proactive and reliable Office Move Assistant to support a large office relocation project based in Bangor. This is a practical and hands on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being active at work and supporting a team during a busy period.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting the facilities team during an office move project
- Sorting, organising and packing files and documents ready for relocation
- Recording what items are being kept, stored or disposed of
- Ensuring confidential documents are handled correctly in line with GDPR requirements
- Assisting with transporting packed boxes and office items to the new location using a company vehicle once the office is prepared
What we are looking for:
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- A proactive and helpful attitude
- Good organisation skills and attention to detail
- Awareness of confidentiality and data protection
- No previous experience required as guidance will be provided
