Job Description
- Using inventory and warehouse systems (e.g., Sage, WMS) to track stock and process orders
- Generating and managing picking lists and dispatch schedules
- Coordinating stock movements, deliveries, and returns (RMA)
- Managing goods-in/goods-out and stock reconciliation
- Processing sales orders, updating delivery information, and communicating with customers
- Checking delivery notes and processing invoices
- Providing occasional internal IT setup support for new employees
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or fulfilment
- Good working knowledge of Sage or a similar ERP/stock system
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
