Global Manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Order Fulfilment Coordinator to join their Supply Chain team at their offices in West Drayton. This is a temporary to permanent position and will pay up to £45,000 dependant on experience. This is a hybrid role and will involve working at their office in West Drayton 3 days per week.
The main responsibilities of the Order Fulfilment Coordinator will include:
- Managing the end-to-end order fulfilment process, ensuring the adequate delivery of the products.
- Managing indirect customer and carrier enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner whilst maintaining accurate records of all orders and deliveries.
- Proactively liaising with other departments to ensure that orders are properly managed.
- Ensuring effective and efficient scheduling of the deliveries, coordination and building of the export container shipments, supporting the inventory management process.
- Providing excellent service by ensuring that the relevant stakeholders are fully updated.
The ideal Order Fulfilment Coordinator will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Previous experience of working in a similar role within a supply chain, logistics or warehousing environment.
- Experience of SAP or similar ERP system (required) and Salesforce (preferred).
- Excellent organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines and maintain accuracy.
- Good communicator and an engaging facilitator.
- Computer literate, proficient in Excel and Outlook.
