Job Description
- Lead the discovery, development, and delivery of high-impact product initiatives that align with business goals.
- Define and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Champion a research-driven approach, combining user insights, data analytics, and market trends to guide product direction.
- Oversee product planning, backlog prioritisation, and release scheduling, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Present product strategies and outcomes confidently to senior leadership, investors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and direction to the product team, including Product Managers and Product Owners.
- Partner with compliance, legal, and safeguarding teams to ensure responsible platform management.
About You We’re looking for a confident, strategic, and people-focused product leader who combines commercial acumen with empathy and influence.You will have:
- Significant experience in product management or a Head of Product role within a high-growth digital platform or marketplace.
- A strong background in research, discovery, and strategic product vision.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills – able to influence, challenge, and push back constructively when necessary, while maintaining strong working relationships.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams towards a shared goal.
- Data-led decision-making skills, with a focus on measurable impact and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, comfortable operating at executive level.
- Confidence working within a platform that includes adult content, maintaining professionalism and sensitivity around safeguarding.
