In this role you will be required to carry out the following duties:

  • Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in commercial & industrial settings
  • Test wiring, circuits, switchgear & control equipment for compliance & safety
  • Identify defects & recommend remedial actions
  • Ensure all work meets BS 7671 & IET Wiring Regulations
  • Communicate with clients & provide expert advice

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • City & Guilds 2391-52 (or equivalent) qualification in Inspection & Testing
  • NVQ Level 3 + 18th Edition Certification
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical inspection
  • Strong knowledge of BS 7671 & industry regulations
  • Valid UK manual driving licence (No more than 6 points on licence)
