As the business continues to thrive, they are looking for a dedicated Cleaning Operative to help maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment for their customers and staff.   About the Role: This is a full-time position focused on ensuring the café space remains spotless, safe, and ready to welcome guests throughout the day. You\’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the café by maintaining high standards of hygiene in both front- and back-of-house areas.   Key Responsibilities: Clean and sanitise dining areas, counters, restrooms, kitchen, and staff spaces Wipe down tables, chairs, and food preparation surfaces Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment Manage waste disposal, recycling, and restocking of consumables Support the café team by ensuring cleanliness during busy service times Always comply with food hygiene and health & safety standards  Ideal Candidate: Experience in a similar café, restaurant, or hospitality cleaning role preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards Able to work independently Reliable, punctual, and flexible with duties as needed Knowledge of cleaning and hygiene regulations in food environments is an advantageWhy Join?
